Students will visit community and hospital pharmacies in Qatar to understand the differences in pharmacy practice in the UK. Students will be able to a observe a range of different approaches to both learning in a university setting but also practical pharmacy practice. This will also provide students with an enriched global experience that they can share with potential employers and utilise as part of applications to foundation training places outside of the Oriel process.

This is core to their learning as pharmacy students and they will be implementing their learnings into their interprofessional education events in year 2, 3, year 4 and their future pharmacy practice.
