About
Rennes School of Business are thrilled to present DMU students the opportunity to participate in their Summer Programmes, opportunity for students from around the world to improve their knowledge in different topics. Taught in English, students can spend 10 days in France, studying one of three topics:
Rennes School of Business is considered to be the most international School of Management in Europe, giving students a unique opportunity to learn in an intercultural environment. The Rennes School of Business campus in Brittany is located just 10 minutes from the city centre of Rennes, giving students an advantageous environment to live and work to make the most of their time abroad!

Programmes of study
A presentation of each programme including specific topics, assessment methods and pre-requisites can be found in the Summer Programme Brochure.
Cultural Activities
In addition to the academic engagements and class room activities, students attending the Rennes School of Business Summer Programme will also have the opportunity to experience a range of cultural events. Alongside other international students attending the Summer Programme, there is a planned company visit to complement learning with a real-life experience at a French Business. In addition, participations will be invited to a welcome and farewell dinner with other attendees and also have the opportunity to join a guided tour of Rennes.
While staying in Rennes, there will also be the chance to explore this vibrant student city independently. There’s an extensive collection of Fine Arts and antiquities spanning from the 15th century at the Musee des Beaux-Arts; an old town which is home to the 17th century Cathedrale St-Pierre; and Rennes is also home to the former seat of the rebellious Breton parliament, Palais du Parlement de Bretagne – renovated in 2004 after being destroyed by fire started by demonstrating fishermen in 1994. The cultural centre of Rennes, Champs Libres, is home to many key sites of Breton history and culture including exhibitions, museums and culture attractions.
Travel to France is permitted according to the travel rules for England as listed on UK Government website. Further guidance can be found on the FCDO webpage for France.
All students that are offered a place on this DMU Global opportunity will receive further COVID-19 advice and guidance by email and in pre-departure briefing sessions. More details and COVID-19 Travel Information can be found here.
