Campus activities and events
ESAD and organises a welcome party for new student which is called JANE in order for you to make new friends and adjust to ESAD quickly. They also organize visits to exhibitions and museums for you to get more familiar with Orléans.

Travel and Accommodation
It is recommended that you purchase your flights to Paris once you have your Letter of Acceptance. When you arrive at Paris Airport or Paris Orly Airport it is recommended to take an airport shuttle. Lots of private companies in Orléans offer this door to door service (individual shuttle or shared shuttle). For more information on how to get to ESAD, please see ESAD website.
Accommodation is provided in ESAD student halls and students interested in this type of housing must notify firstname.lastname@example.org. You should only apply to live in an accommodation as an exchange student only after you receive your Letter of Acceptance. For more information check out ESAD webpage.
Fees and costs
Whilst studying at ESAD, you don’t need to pay any tuition fees. However, some universities charge small fees for the use of facilities such as the Students’ Union. If you have any queries about any these charges, we recommend that you speak directly with the host university. You will be required to pay for the following: accommodation, insurance and books. Students accepted on Erasmus+ may also be eligible to receive the Erasmus+ grant.
