About

In cooperation with our partner, Pagoda Projects, DMU Global will be offering twenty online events throughout the 2020-2021 academic year. All events are employability focused and aim to give students an insight into topics related to the international working world.

This session will look at how to improve mental health in the workplace and how to build resistance. During the session the importance of social connections and their relationship with our mental health, as well as strategies for managing stress will be addressed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover how communicating your thoughts and feelings can positively impact your wellbeing.
  • Learn how to build a well-being programme tailored to your goals and personal journey.
  • Gain insight into stress management techniques

Andy Hall – Mentor Relationship Specialist at GC Business Growth Hub

Andy develops GC Business Growth Hub’s mentoring service into the exemplary mentoring programme. As a leadership specialist, he helps businesses create a bespoke culture to empower their people’s development which translates into a more engaged workforce with increased productivity and lower absence and turnover.
